Singer/actress VANESSA HUDGENS is desperate to follow in the footsteps of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL co-stars ZAC EFRON and ASHLEY TISDALE with her upcoming album IDENTIFIED.
Hudgens, 19, who plays Efron’s love-interest in real life and on-screen, hopes the solo project will catapult her career into a more adult direction - although she admits the album isn’t a full departure from her Disney roots.
She says, “It’s definitely more grown-up. But not to the point where I’m singing, ‘I’m so hot! I’m so hot! Boys want me. I’m so hot!’”
Hudgens came under fire when nude photographs of the star were leaked online last year (Aug07).
Vanessa Hudgens & Zac Efron Deal With the Distance
How do Vanessa Hudgens, who filmed the comedy “Will” in Austin, Texas, and Zac Efron, who shot “Me and Orson Welles” in England, stay close and deal with the distance that the pair have been handed due to work. They pretty much handle it like everyone else, they use long distance and according to Us Weekly some very long phone calls.

The reason, he doesn’t want his words to come back and bite him if they break up. “I want to keep that private - sorry. All I can say is that Vanessa’s a great girl. And I’d hate to say more about it because by the time this interview comes out, it may or may or may not be relevant.”

Vanessa Hudgens is moving on from the High School Musical franchise — High School Musical 3: Senior Year will be the last one for her and then there will be no more.
But she’s already got her next project lined up. Hudgens is currently in the process of shooting Will, which will be released in 2009, well after HSM 3 hits the big screen.
But while her next movie will take place in a familiar surrounding (high school) and does have the whole music thing goin’ on, Hudgens’ character is not going to just be another Gabriella Montez. Her Will character is going be significantly darker.
“My look is definitely more dark than in HSM. I play kind of the emo, kept away from everybody else in her own world’ kinda girl,” Vanessa told ET. “She wears a lot of black. She always has longsleeves with thumbs in them.”
Plus, she gets to be in a band in the movie, which is something she never got to do in real life.
“No, I was never in a band…not even close. I was girl groups, but that was pretty much it,” she lamented.
Zac Efron Stuck Without Vanessa Hudgens: Buxom Mom Fills In
Zac Efron is stuck in a hotel in England without his lovely girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens. According to INF Daily the hunky heartthrob is currently on the Isle of Man filming the movie “Me and Orson Wells”. But just because his sweetie Vanessa wasn’t there doesn’t mean Zac was exactly lonely. When your star is as bight as Zac’s is right now it is hard to go anywhere without being noticed.
A Socialite’s Life notes that when Zac decided to get a bite to eat at the “Copperfields” restaurant he was spotted by a bunch of girls just outside the restaurant, whose teen heartthrob radar had just gone off. Eventually, the crowd of people grew so large that the police had to escort Zac out.
However, before he had to head out, Zac managed to pose with the owners of the restaurant (pictured here at A Socialite’s Life). The baby and the father look mildly confused about the situation but the buxom mom looks quite happy.
Lisa Timmons adds, “And I’m guessing that it does rain in England as much everyone says because everyone in the picture appears to have wet hair.” It’s quite the photo and certainly Zac was very cool to pose with the family.

It is presented for entertainment purposes only. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of anyone who takes this sort of thing seriously.”
Sorry perverts, if you want to see a Vanessa Hudgens sex tape you’re going to have to wait until her career dries up and she’s reduced to doing tawdry porn shoots in rented motel rooms for $50 a throw, just like the rest of us have to.

Sporting a crimson red hoodie, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted toting her luggage as she passed through security at LAX airport on Friday (February 22).
The High School Musical actress is currently filming the movie Will in Austin, Texas, and was looking ready to get back to the set.
Besides working on Will, Miss Hudgens is also busily trying to finish the production of her second studio album.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Nessa’s second studio album is slated to hit store shelves on June 24th (tentatively), with the first single will debut in early April on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, hitting mainstream radio in May.
