The “Desperate Housewives” babe was spotted turning heads on the red carpet at last night’s Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
With plenty of ruffles to spare, the “Over Her Dead Body” actress wore what may have been the biggest dress of the night.
Unfortunately, Eva’s main man, husband Tony Parker, was tied up with his San Antonio Spurs, so she had to go stag.

Eva Longoria has revealed that she was due to star in the recent Jimmy Kimmel spoof video, ‘I’m F**cking Ben Affleck’, but couldn’t make the shoot, however, she says she’s happy “f**king” her husband, Tony Parker.
Kimmel’s talk show has gained noteriety lately thanks to a comedy sketch by comedian Sarah Silverman, Kimmel’s girlfriend, who runs off with actor Matt Damon and reveals the news via a music video called ‘I’m F**king Matt Damon.’
The talk show host then decided to film a revenge piece called, ‘I’m F**king Ben Affleck’ with lots of high profile celebrities pitching in for a laugh.
“I was supposed to participate in the Ben Affleck one but I was out of town,” Longoria told US television show ‘Extra’. “I was home in Texas. I think they’re funny!
When asked who she would rather “f**k”, the ‘Desperate Housewives’ star joked, “Well, that’s a hard question to answer because I always assumed they were f**king each other! I’m totally kidding, I don’t know either one of them. That’s my disclaimer, I don’t know you!”
However, Eva is happy with her husband saying, “When you have Tony Parker, those two don’t even come in the mix. There’s not even any fantasy needed for anybody else.”

Eva Longoria sprained her ankle while wearing a pair of Christian Louboutin wedges on cobbled streets.
The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star - who is married to French-born US basketball star Tony Parker - is so obsessed with the ridiculously high shoes she is even willing to injure herself by donning them on the perilous roads of Paris, France.
She said: “I love the Christian Louboutin espadrille wedges. They’re so high! I have them in every colour. I’ve sprained my ankle walking on the cobblestones in Paris wearing them. I call them a beautiful pain!”
Although Eva is addicted to her Christian Louboutin wedges, husband Tony prefers to see her strut around in a pair of UGG sheepskin boots.
She added to InStyle magazine: “Tony loves me in UGGs. He says, ‘Wear your hugs, honey’ - he pronounces it with his French accent.”
EVA LONGORIA - PARKER VINDICATED AFTER AGENCY APOLOGY
EVA LONGORIA PARKER’s husband TONY PARKER is celebrating after a Los Angeles-based photo agency apologised for claiming he had an affair with a French model last summer (07).
Parker and his wife sued X17 bosses after they claimed the basketball star romanced Alexandra Paressant after meeting her on his wedding day last July (07).
And now, almost four months after X17 ran with the allegations, which were supported by Paressant, the agency chiefs have released an apology.
A statement reads, “X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife.”
Parker has always insisted he has never met Paressant.
LONGORIA PARKER BLAMES BECKHAM FOR PREGNANCY RUMOURS
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star EVA LONGORIA PARKER has blamed VICTORIA BECKHAM for putting her at the centre of a recent flurry of pregnancy rumours.
The actress was last month (Feb08) forced to deny reports she is expecting her first child with her basketball star husband Tony Parker after she was spotted with a suspicious-looking swollen belly.
But Longoria Parker blames the rumours on a pair of jeans given to her by the Spice Girls singer from her dVb fashion range.

Ashton Kutcher’s new paparazzi punking show, Pop Fiction, premiered on E! last night—revealing that in addition to Paris Hilton’s faux spiritual guru, Avril Lavigne was also in on the joke when she wore a “baby bump” while hitting up some high-profile baby boutiques on photog-heavy Robertson Boulevard.
The show’s got everyone, including entertainment news buff Ryan Seacrest, questioning what’s really true nowadays. So when Eva Longoria Parker called in to his KIIS-FM show to talk about her new restaurant, Beso, Ryan wasted no time trying to get to the bottom of things.
Ryan: Now I heard you were at lunch the other day with our friend Mario Lopez and he got you a Cartier necklace?
Eva: Ha…yes…well…yes.
Ryan: Is this part of the Ashton show?
Eva: Hahahahaha…What?

Eva Longoria opens Tex-Mex restaurant
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker cooked up a treat for her celebrity pals on Thursday night when she opened the doors of her new Hollywood restaurant.
The actress was joined by pal Sheryl Crow at the launch of Beso, and revealed her castmates on Desperate Housewives will always have a table reserved for them.
The Tex-Mex restaurant Longoria will run with top chef Todd English features recipes from the Longoria family cookbook - including her own famous guacamole.
She says, “I make the best guacamole in the world. And my tortilla soup, for which I am renowned for.”
And Longoria admits she’s always on the look out for new recipe ideas: “I’ll go to a restaurant and if I have an amazing dish I’ll go to the kitchen and ask the chef how he made it. And then I’ll make him teach me.”
